iPad 2 Video Compression Settings

I was a very lucky chap this Christmas because I was given an iPad 2. I thought it would be a great bit of tech to use for work as we could easily show clients examples of our work. It has a fantastic 9.7-inch LED-backlit glossy screen with a resolution of 1024×768 at 132 pixels per inch (ppi) so videos look fantastic on it. But first I had to find the best compression settings and I thought I would share my findings with you.
